Pros: Totally compatible with left handed use. I'd call it pretty durable especially for the price.
Cons: Maybe it could use a little bigger base. For my use at least.

Pros: Highly adjustable, easy configuration, self-calibrating, durable enough
Cons: On-center feel a little mushy, base a little light
The Bottom Line: This is a perfectly acceptable stick for somebody just getting started in flight simulators. More advanced users are going to want more though.
