Pros: Easily programmable buttons, strong force feedback, moves nice, nice layout of the buttons, great warranty.
Cons: Big base, no power button to shut off the force feedback.
The Bottom Line: The price, the mail in rebate, the warranty and all the features makes this a great joystick.

Cons: combined buttons - lose feedback, Support isn't advertised in games
The Bottom Line: A must for everyone, regardless of whether you are a big gamer. It's worth the extra $40 (estimated difference from regular stick).

Cons: Buttons are in an awkward position, only handy for flight simulations
