Pros: Relative affordability, processor speed, tablet functionality, and much more.
Cons: Battery life (common for tablets), minor calibration/pen issues, weight (not a problem for me)
The Bottom Line: I love this laptop and would recommend it to anyone. It is not only lower price, but higher speed than alternative tablets; perfect desktop replacement and portable assistant combined.
Review: The CX2620 was my first laptop purchase, although I have always been an avid fan of technology and computers. Choosing the CX2620 was an easy decision. The CX2620 is one of the first tablet pcs that have become affordably priced. Also, whereas most ...

Pros: Display, tablet features, value
Cons: Size/weight, Gateway tech support
Review: I've had my CX2620 for about 8 months, purchased new at BestBuy. The first one I got had display problems that could not be solved, but the 2nd unit I got has been just fine and used nearly every day. Given issues in general with Windows laptops, I ...

Pros: Its a tablet, speed, durability
Cons: battery life
Review: Here is a true tablet for the masses. It has all the function you will ever want with a cost that comes in toward the bottom. The convertable style lets you work with the tablet on the table and stylus action is at hand. Battery life is about three ...

Pros: Battery life, tablet features
Cons: Durability, technical problems
The Bottom Line: I would say look around before settling for this computer-It's a real gamble as to what quality product you're getting.
Review: I was really excited when I got this computer-It looks great, has great graphics and it is very fast. However the speed went away very quickly when I started loading on even a few different programs and applications that I need for school and I had been ...

Pros: Screen was easy to keep clean with a microfiber cloth.
Cons: Weak hinge, heavy, no after-market stylus, Gateway customer service is slow.
The Bottom Line: I wouldn't-but if you do purchase a Gateway tablet pc, be sure to protect it with a lengthy warranty.
Review: I purchased the Gateway CX2620 in June 2006 from BestBuy for $1499 (with a 3 year warranty thank God) intending to use it to teach math when school reopened in September. When I turned it on in August to try it out, the stylus did not function. After ...

Review: Stay away from these units...Gateway is having a lot of issues with the screens and the stylus' not being recognized. A lot of these units have been returned due to this defect alone. I have already gone through two units which had the issue and I am on ...
