Pros: None I can think of, it didn't work!
Cons: Software not written to provide a working product.
The Bottom Line: The software provided does not allow the item to be used, it is simply non-functional.

Cons: Complete waste of energy, time, and money. Doesn't work. Bad tech support.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy this product unless you're a masochist, especially for a Lexmark Z11 printer. Terrible support, as well.
