Great choice for a first hand held.

Pros: A lot of mobile computing power and features for the price.

Cons: Location of the wireless activation button.

Much improved design. ActiveSync a step backward

Pros: Improved design over the X3. Better battery mgmt.

Cons: Rapidly being outgrown by iPod and other mobile devices.

The Bottom Line: It's a great PDA. But unless you're doing serious business function on this, there are other mobile devices that do more.
