The XL1500 Series Repeaters transmit 10 Mbps Ethernet at distances of up to 1, 500 ft. using any grade UTP (level one or higher) already buried in the ground or in the walls. Connecting LANs between buildings is as simple as accessing the wire in the phone closet at each location and making an easy connection in minutes. ??No need to pull expensive new fiber cable or install complicated and expensive infrared or microwave. Tut Systems' patented noise rejection circuitry also blocks interference caused by other electronic devices resulting in clean error-free transmission.
