The Nokia IP650 delivers carrier-class performance that meets the needs of managed service providers and large enterprise networks. A complete network device, the IP650 supports a comprehensive suite of IP-routing functions and protocols, including RIPv1/RIPv2, IGRP, OSPF and BGP4 for unicast traffic, and DVMRP for multicast traffic. Its integrated router functionality eliminates the need for separate Intranet and access routers in security applications. Featuring front access and five standard Compact PCI I/O slots for interface cards, the rack-mountable IP650 is 19" wide and 2RU high. A variety of connectivity options are available - high-density 10/100 Ethernet, high-speed ATM or HSSI, and wide area network interfaces such as V.35/X.21 and T-1. Minimize
