Zappos.com always surprises me by providing next-day shipping at NO COST, even though I always choose normal shipping (5-7 business days)! Their web site is very easy to use, easy to navigate, and quick to draw. I am very thrilled with them and will continue to use them in the future.

The two delays in receiving my shoes from Zappos were due to FedEx--NOT Zappos! After the second delay, in great frustration, I called Zappos' customer support and an outstanding young lady named Jordan made everything right--including having the shoes needed for a trip, sent to my out-of-state hotel! Thank you, thank you, Jordan and Zappos!!! I'll definitely be back and tell my friends, too!!!

I have ordered from Zappos five times over the past few years and have never been disapointed. Their website is super user friendly, their shipping is always free and incredibly fast and their selection is amazing. I never have to worry about if the shoes will fit, returns or exchanges are free too! If the fit isn't quite right, just send them back to exchange for a different size/width and it's all free. I love this company!

I couldn't have been more satisfied. I saw & wore Keen sandals on Sunday (someone else's), went on line on Monday morning, ordered them from Zappos at 11:30 Monday morning and at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon I was wearing my own pair, having received the delivery from Zappos. This is really great service, and I have no reason to shop anywhere else in the future for shoes and possibly other items.

I ordered the shoes, the shoes were delivered, but never deducted from my account. I called customer service, and was told that the credit card I used was fraudulant, and I had to contact my bank. All I was trying to do was to pay for the merchandise I already received. I was told the merchandise would have to be sent back and I would have to contact my bank. This went on for 10 or so minutes. While I was trying to contact the bank, Zappos called me and said they did want the correct credit card number. It was very confusing and frustrating. If there was a problem with the credit card verification, why was the merchandise sent out? When I was trying to do the honest thing and get them to deduct the money from my account, I was told I had to call my bank, only to have Zappos call me back and request the correct number. Occasionally in online shopping an incorrect number is entered. I usually just receive an email or call that there was a problem. The company does not send me the product, and then refuse to take my money, and then call me back to tell me they want the correct credit card number. Zappos ended up giving me a gift certificate, so I guess I will try them again, but I am nervous about it. I don't want to go through that again.

I love shopping here because of the return policy. It's hard to shop for shoes online because you can't try them on until you get them. At Zappos, I am willing to buy them, try them on at home, and return them if I need to. They also have a great selection of the shoes I can not find in our retail stores, X-Wide 9.5 women's.
