This was a great experience and I will definitely use them again. My only reason for a 4 under delivery was because they did not include the gift message I wrote, but that might have been because they only send the message if you have the item gift wrapped- if so that was not clear on the online order form. The recipient received it in a timely fashion and I also received a customer service response to my inquiry about tracking very quickly. Great job!

I ordered an item seven days ago and have not yet heard a thing back from this company. I called them after four days and they said that they had JUST gotten my order (it takes four days to get an email that an order has been placed?) and they said that they did have the item in stock and my order should be shipped on Friday or Monday. It's now Monday (7 days after I ordered), and they are now closed for the day and have not returned my two phone calls to customer service. I'm not sure how this company plans on staying in business, but I certainly would never order anything from them again. I would recommend that you don't either. I would also be wary of some of the comments above....some of these people seem a little too happy with the customer service....don't you think? The 9 reviews below mine get the highest possible ratings for everything and the people who wrote them are just SO THRILLED. I would assume these reviews were written by someone within the company....read the reviews by the real people to see how this company will be treating you!

Negatives:
1. Shipped opened and apparently display or used item, however return policy says "opened" items cannot be returned unless they are "defective". There also was no warranty card in the box. 2. The e-mail from Yahoo shopping confirming the order says "you can always find out the current status of your order by going to (a link) ", however when you click on the link it says the order is "under review". I've received the item already and it still said that. 3. Merchant web-site claims to have a rating of 5 check-marks from shopping.com, when it currently has a rating of 4 check-marks. 4. Merchant web-site claims to be "customer-certified" by BizRate.com, a merchant designation from Shopzilla.com, however the merchant has only 2 ratings listed there - one of which is negative. Positives: Shipped promptly and answered e-mail promptly. |

First I like the name; it's catchy and definitely surprising. Then, I went to their site to purchase Braun coffee maker as they were the cheapest. I read other reviews and were a bit hesitant to purchase as not all reviews were that good. Eventually I called in to make sure that there is customer service personal and thats a real company. They were very polite and answered all of my questions. When I added the item to the cart, I noticed that they ship worldwide as well. This is amazing as not too many companies do such things any more. Now I can send another Braun coffee maker to my friends in London. Promptly, I got my package and now Im happy! Thank you!!!

I went to PresentsForYou to buy a gift for Christmas. I thought I may place an order on the first week of December so I'll have it enough in time. So I placed the order in the morning and by end of the day, I got the UPS tracking # and the following day I got the package. Amazing! Not everyday you get to know these types of website that really moves and you don't need to wait weeks to get a tracking and then find out it was a mistake and never shipped.
Thank you for the quick service. My only problem was that I had to hide the gifts longer than what I planned for ;) |

What a pleasure to do business with this company. I ordered my item yesterday and received it today!!! No express shipping or anything. The product came in perfect condition. I have never yet done business with a company with such great service, and I have done business with tons of internet companies. This by far was the best experience yet!!!

Not happy. I order this and never received an email updated status 12 days after. I called a few times and each time was told someone would get back to me. They never did. Then, I called to be told the item was on back order. Since this was a Christmas gift, it would have been helpful to know ahead of time. I canceled the order and went elsewhere.

Order was not shipped on time. I had to call for a status, after not receiving any update after placing the order 4 days prior. The customer service representative was extremely rude, unaccommodating, and unapologetic. He also became very defensive and belligerent when I asked to speak to someone else. After canceling my order, I found the same item on amazon.com for 10% cheaper. I strongly recommend against shopping at this site.

I was completely unhappy with this company. They misrepresented their item and would not respond to the emails that I sent them. When they finally responded, they refused to refund the shipping even though their return policy clearly states that they pay shipping "if the wrong item was sent." This is a lousy company to deal with and I would not tell anyone to shop here.

We gave this toaster/oven broiler as a gift to my parents (they live in an apartment and need all the counter-top space they can find) and this appliance with toaster built right in with oven was just what they needed. I was skeptical at first from buying on line from a merchant i was unfamiliar with, but when my mom called just a few days later to say she had gotten our gift and was so pleased with it, I definitely had to write and thank Presents for You for delivering so promptly, and for having such a good price on the item. Will think of you again when we have another occasion to purchase an item. Thanks!

I found this store to be the only one on the internet where I found just what I wanted without having to go page to page to find it. The item in question is a small, but necessary item, and this store made it a much easier and more pleasant experience to find it. I had no contact with any representative of the store as it didn't become necessary.

The worst service I have ever had from any store. They took weeks before even thinking of delivering the product I ordered. I had to inquire myself about the whereabouts of my product after having no news for 2 weeks. By the time they charged my credit card, which was 3 weeks later, my credit card had been unfortunately stolen by that time and thus, inaccessible. So then it was MY fault that they did not deliver anything to me yet! Awful service.
