Delivery was SUPER fast and they only charge $2 for an entire suit. I ALWAYS got my order within 48 hours. Returning is easy and their customer service is beyond compare. One time I ordered after they closed and still got my suit within 48 hours of my order.
I was sent swatches of the fabrics of the suits I was debating between. On the phone they were very very helpful with great advice. I am very pleased with my experience.

We needed a tan linen suit for our summer wedding for my husband to be, and were out of options that were easy for us to accomplish with 3 kids, and both full time jobs.

I did a quick Google search for Men's Linen Suits--and up pops MisterShop.com!! looked, then called, ordered after talking on phone--they were SO helpful and customer service oriented--not always easy to find with an online merchant.

When size wasn't quite right they kept us abreast of when new size was coming, and were very gracious in accepting returns, and credit our charge card. SHIPPING was FREE! ...and then of course, when sizes had to be changed, we paid shipping--but that was worth it!!
I buy online all the time, and this was the top experience I have had anywhere.

The staff did everything they could to get me the right sizes of the suit I needed for my wedding ceremony. I ordered the wrong sizes the first time and MisterShop quickly and kindly altered the pants and got me the correct jacket size. Simply put: I had a wonderful shopping experience with MisterShop.com. The prices were good ($2 shipping!) and the shipping was fast. The customer service was top notch. I had a suit jacket that I thought was too small, so they sent me a new one so I could try them on side-by-side. I have never seen an online company do that before. I kept the suit that fit best and sent the other back.

A month and a half after my original order, I discovered that a pair of pants for a groomsman in my wedding were too small. Despite the time difference since my original order, they did not hesitate to send a new pair directly to my groomsman (and I returned the pair that was too small).

The people are wonderful to deal with, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my overall experience!

Probably the best service that I've ever received with on-line shopping. All communications were conducted by email, but requests for information were handled quickly, often within an hour. I needed the shirt for New Years Eve on Firday and ordered it on the previous Monday. It arrived two days later on Wednesday, only two days after I placed the order. I strongly recommend this vendor. Everything was excellent. See my other review. The only suggestion to improve was the limited selection of Christian Men's Jewelry. The quality and price was excellent so there was no need to look further. However, it would be nice to expand my shopping of items for future holidays and birthdays. Service and shipping was excellent.
