I would not recommend shopping at BestNest.com. I purchased a Bird Bath and after only 4 days of owning it, the bottom of the bath started discoloring. I notified them immediately of the issue and they said they only accepted returns of unused, unopened

We have been waiting two days for an order to arrive, which involves someone sitting at home. We were never sent an e-mail confirmation of the order. When we call, the customer service manager is not available and neither is anyone else in a supervisory position. The service people refuse to give us the names of any of the managers or even the president of the company.
Supposedly the package was delivered to a wrong address, and bestnest says that it will be delivered to us by end of day today. However, they don't know what time that is, and they refuse to call Fed Ex to find out. If we want to specify a separate address for delivery, then we have to pay bestnest $5 extra. All questions are answered with, "I can't tell you; that is company policy." We will never order from them again. |

Do not buy anything from Bestnest.com! I had an absolutely horrible time trying to return an item that didn't work for me. I spoke with several service reps and then the manager Jeremy who asked me "what is his incentive" to give me a refund? I said that the product doesn't work for me and it's basic customer service. He would not budge and I never got a refund. They call themselves christian merchants on the website - what a laugh. I'm sure Jeremy and his "christian" pals do a lot of bible studying. What a bunch of jerks.

I've ordered from BestNest twice now. I had an issue with my first order and I was very pleased on how they handled my problem. I had no problem getting through on the phone and the representative I spoke to over the phone seemed knowledgeable and helpful. My second order arrived in less than three days and packaged well. Will definitely continue purchasing from this vendor.

I just had the WORST customer service experience with BestNest. I purchased a product, followed the enclosed instructions and when the product did not work as promised, I called to request a return code. I was told by both the customer service agent and the manager Jeremy that they will not accept returns on products if they have been used--even if they are broken. I have never had a problem returning any item to any store for any reason before. They were rude and unhelpful and I would NEVER recommend their business to anyone.
