Product was received quickly. The quality of the wood and its finish are very good. On one of the units the screw holes used to attach the shelves were probably drilled in the wrong place. And as a result, the shelves don't fit flush with the wall. We attached the units to the wall (I live in earthquake country).I ordered 2 units and the other unit is fine and sits flush.

One lamp had a slightly bent socket -I straightened it and it seems to be OK but it was confusing that it was bent in the first place as the packaging was not damaged and the lamps were well padded with packing materials.

I wish there was another choice besides yes or no for the condition. while it was not in bad condition, it wasn't that great either. There were some shippind marks that don't ruin it, but make it less than perfect. Also, most companies provide a means of tracking immeditately. I needed to call twice to pursue this in order to find out when the table would be delivered.

I found the Bellacor web site very helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, I did not read the details of the lamps closely and ordered a set intended for reading that could only handle 15 watts. My mistake. Fortunately! Bellacor had a smooth, painless return process and within a week, I had the credit. I would use them again and again.

I was informed after taking the original survey that my order would be back ordered for 6 weeks. This is extremely inconvenient since the lights are to be installed in my new kitchen and I need to pay the electrician to come back a second time to install the lights. The delay in informing me about the back order did not allow me enough time to shop for the lights elsewhere. I feel as though I should be compensated in some way for my troubles.

I have done a lot of cross border shopping (US-Canada)My previous order was lost but the fault was that of the freight company NOT Bellacor. In fact, when Bellacor was informed of the lost items, an duplicate order was immediately placed. The freight company eventually found the order. Part of an item was missing and without hesitation Bellacor agreed to replace it. There is a pending order and again because of an unexpected delay in obtaining the items, Bellacor said that they will obsorb the fees of having the item sent to me. Honstly at this point, Bellacor has demenostrate to be an outstanding company and provides exceptinal customer service. I hae never experience customer service at such a high and professional level. I would like to take this opportunity to give kudos and high praise to Angela McGuire, Accounts Receivables, Finance Dept who has provided outstanding support as well as Alisa Denzer, Consumer Support, Supervisor. They have both provided me with unmatchable quick and reliable service. Dealing mostly with Angela, She is a jewel and her team at Bellacor should be aware of the great service she is doing on Bellacor's behalf. Because of Angela McGure and Alisa Denzer, I will make Bellacor my first choice for on-line shopping. The Bellacor site had good prices, was easy to use and I received what I ordered promptly and in good condition. However, I never received an e-mail confirmation of the order -- nor an invoice showing what I ordered and what I paid for it. The only way I knew my order went through was by checking my credit card statement to locate the charge and then phoning Bellacor to find out the status of the order and whether it had shipped. I expect in-line merchants to have automated systems that provide confirmation of the receipt of an order, an e-mailed invoice and shipping information (including notice of when an order ships and a tracking number) -- or at least make that information available to me on line on their site. I would buy from Bellacor again -- but not if I could get the same item at the same price from a seller who has such systems. I want to know the status of my order without having to call for it.

Finding AND ordering the product I wanted was 1 of the easiest purchases I ever made online.
The 1 and only email I received from Bellacor was just after placing the order and it said it would take 2-4 weeks before the rack shipped.
Thie was fine with me as I had several things to do to get ready for the rack. But, it came in just THREE DAYS! This is unheard of and it's the Quickest I've ever seen to date!!! Amazing!
